Over the course of six months into the pandemic, we analyzed +1 billion conversations between businesses and consumers across our OmniChatⓇ platform. As a result we were able to create the list below of overused Coronavirus marketing words. Then, using our own Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm, we were able to generate a limitless suply of Coronavirus cliches for marketers.

Using data pulled from over 1 billion conversations between businesses and consumers, Larry was able to identify the “Top 10 Most Overused Coronavirus Marketing Words Used in 2020.”
From there, using a Madlib table made up of all the most common words and phrases found from the study, the Coronavirus Marketing Cliche Generator was born!
