How to Claim your Ad Account in Business Manager

In order to use a custom audience on your click-to-Messenger ad or Sponsored Message, your ad account must be claimed by a business. Follow instructions below to claim you ad account.

Don't have a Business Manager account? See this helpdoc for instructions to set one up.
  1. In your Business Manager dashboard, click on the menu on the top left hand corner, then select "Business Settings"
  2. In your Business Settings, go to the "Ad Accounts" section and click "+ Add". Then select "Add an Ad Account":
  3. Insert the ad account ID into the "Ad account ID" field and click "Add Ad Account"
  4. All set! Now you can publish your Click-to-Messenger ad or Sponsored Message in MobileMonkey.
