How to Claim your Ad Account in Business Manager
In order to use a custom audience on your click-to-Messenger ad or Sponsored Message, your ad account must be claimed by a business. Follow instructions below to claim you ad account.
- In your Business Manager dashboard, click on the menu on the top left hand corner, then select "Business Settings"
- In your Business Settings, go to the "Ad Accounts" section and click "+ Add". Then select "Add an Ad Account":
- Insert the ad account ID into the "Ad account ID" field and click "Add Ad Account"
- All set! Now you can publish your Click-to-Messenger ad or Sponsored Message in MobileMonkey.
