There are multiple ways to use REF attribute.

Based on the REF value, you can arrange the bot to start the chat from a specific Message.

E.g  –  You can arrange your messenger to start the conversion from a specific point.
If users are on the home page, or on a checkout page, or on a product page can set different entry point.

( Using shortcodes you can add different settings for each page )


Pro Feature

REF attribute can add dynamically for each page using placeholders.

placeholders for REF Attribute:

  • {{product}} – replace with WooCommerce product name
  • {{title}} – replace with page title
  • {id}} – replace with post ID.

( spaces will convert to dashes for product name, title )
