Klaviyo Integration

  1. Log in to your Klaviyo account and open Settings -> Account -> API keys (or follow this link )
  1. Click Create Private API Key
  2. Select Custom key and assign Full Access to List, Profiles API Scopes
Integration will not work correctly if Full Access is not assigned to List and Profile scopes. Another option is to create a Full Access Key.
  1. Click Create button at the top right corner
  2. Copy created key and paste it to the Customers.ai app -> Integrations -> Klaviyo Integrations and click Connect
  1. Once connected, choose audience to sync
  2. Choose Klaviyo list that new leads will be posted to
  3. Enable Contacts Sync toggle
