  • What is Donkey Land?

Donkey Land is the start of your MobileMonkey journey.

It represents the sales funnel - the journey potential customers go through on the way to purchase. And in this funnel Donkey Land is the top part of it, the place where your contacts start the communication with you.

  • What are Qualified Leads?

Qualified Leads in this funnel are all the contacts who have finished the Automations and became a unicorn.

  • What is a Unicorn Lead?

Unicorn is the qualified lead who was taken down a Unicorn path in your Automation. These leads are going to be considered qualified leads based on the funnel you have created.

  • What is a Donkey Lead?

Donkey is the unqualified contact who was taken down a Donkey Lead path in your Automation. These leads are going to be considered unqualified contacts based on the funnel you have created.

  • How do I set it up?
  1. When you're in the Automation, you can add the additional colorful block called Unicorn Detector to identify qualified and unqualified leads. To do that, click on "+" in the flow chart:

  1. Then select the Unicorn Detector block:
  2. To edit this block, click on it and set up the parameters that will mark your contacts as Unicorns while they are going through this Automation:

NOTE: You can add multiple Unicorn Detectors to your Donkey Leads path and set different parameters and get more qualified leads!
